Description
With an update and support subscription the Check for updates… command in CleWin is activated so that updates can be downloaded and installed (both minor updates and major upgrades). Besides using the automatic update mechanism it is also possible to download and run the latest installer from the website. Furthermore, with a subscription our e-mail helpdesk at support@wieweb.com will be happy to assist you with advise or design examples (e.g. example scripts that you adapt yourself). An update and support subscription is valid for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years, starting at the end date of your current subscription or the date that you purchased the CleWin license.
An update and support subscription is only needed for commercial customers. For universities and non-commercial research institutes minor updates and e-mail support are included.
