CleWin 6 updates

Minor updates are free for educational institutes and for commercial customers with a support and update subscription. They can be downloaded and installed through CleWin’s Help|Check for updates command. A complete re-install of the software is not necessary.

In case you prefer to install updates through an installer, you can download a recent installer from the CleWin 6 Download page. However, be careful: The installer will overwrite your existing copy of CleWin 6, but the software will only work if you have a valid license. Please contact us if you are not sure if your license is valid. If you need to install CleWin 6 on a computer that does not have an internet connection please contact us for a registration code.

The DEPLOF font was designed by David Elata (MEMS Lab, Technion, and kindly provided for other users of CleWin. The font will significantly reduce file sizes and is designed to prevent small features (e.g. the two islands inside an etched ‘8’) to fly off during sacrificial release.

Matlab toolbox

This toolbox was created by Marcel Dijkstra (University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands). If you are using Matlab scripts in CleWin you will certainly appreciate it. The toolbox is included with CleWin 5.3 and later. Please contact us in case you have an earlier version of CleWin and like to use the toolbox.
